Open-All-Day Café

Our Open-All-Day Café is the most popular convention set up. Here's how it works:

We have a designated room with tables and chairs to host the cafe in, like a pop-up restaurant. This café set up allows us to serve and interact with our guests as they come in and out as they please. We provide board games and food for the guests. Periodically throughout the day we will perform dances, host lip-sync battles and group games, and draw raffle winners.

Additionally, guests can take photos in our photo booth and/or purchase decorated Polaroid photos with their favorite maid(s).

The Café sessions are set up like the open-all-day café but instead of guests coming in and out all day, we host hour-long sessions throughout the day that guests must pre-register for. During each session, guests will be able to enjoy their food purchases, interact with the maid at their table, watch several short dance performances and have time for photos at the end.

Event Planners can request us to come to their non-convention event to set up a café of sorts or perform dances. The type of set up will depend on the event's parameters and needs.

The Dealer's Hall Booth tries to capture the aura of the maid cafe without setting up an entire cafe. When set up, the Dealer's Hall Booth displays the normal maid cafe treats (Japanese candies, Japanese soda and baked goods) for sale as well as the adorable maids who sell them with excitement and lots of moé! Our Dealer's Hall Booth also contains our photo booth, such that con-goers can still get their memorable photos (Polaroid and/or digital) with their favorite maid(s)! We also offer Rainbow's Maid Café merchandise at our booth.
